All of the features you have - like being able to use an Apple Pencil, copy/paste pages or stickers, and even being able to use the hyperlinks - all depend on the app you choose and NOT the planner or stickers themselves. Every app is different.

Q. What app do you recommend for digital planning on my iPad?
A. If you are new to planning, I would recommend using the Goodnotes app. It has a very easy user interface to learn, and it is perfect for beginners and those with experience.
Q. My linked tabs aren't working in Goodnotes...help!
A. To make your tabs clickable, you have to be in "reading mode." Click the icon at the top of your Goodnotes screen to the right - a circle with a pen and a line through it. Once that is selected, your links will be clickable :)
Q. I can't find the download link to my files...help!
A. Etsy automatically sends you the link to download your digital files. Make sure you are using Etsy on your SAFARI BROWSER (not the app) to be able to see the links.
Q. Do you offer refunds if I'm having trouble learning to digital plan?
A. Because these are instant digital download files, I do not offer refunds. However, I'm happy to help as much as I can. If you are having trouble understanding and using the functions within your digital planning app (such as Notability), I would recommend using Goodnotes. It offers the easiest interface and flexibility for digital planning.

How do I download my digital files?
Etsy makes your files available right after your purchase. You will actually access your download files right through your Etsy account by logging in to Etsy on your Safari browser (you can't download through the app) and going to You > Purchases and reviews and navigating to your order. Will the planners & stickers work in apps other than Goodnotes?
My planners come formatted for the Goodnotes app, but will work with any PDF annotation app - such as Xodo, Noteshelf, ZoomNotes, etc. The functions that are available for you (like having clickable links, using with a stylus, inserting images) will all depend on the app that you choose and not the planner itself.

I used a freebie code - how and when will I receive my freebie stickers?
